By accessing or purchasing from Findly, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products: We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Minimum Order: The minimum merchandise order value is Rs. 2,000, excluding shipping charges and other applicable fees.

Advance Payments:

• Crockery set orders require a 20% advance, designated as non-refundable subject to applicable law.

• Other orders with a merchandise subtotal of Rs. 8,000 or more require a 15% advance.

• The crockery-set advance rule takes priority over the general high-value order rule.

Pricing & Payments: Prices are displayed in PKR. Available payment methods and delivery charges are shown or communicated before order confirmation.

Orders: Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We may decline orders for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Returns: Delivery estimates, return eligibility, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property: Website content, branding, and original materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
