Shipping & Payment Policy

Delivery Coverage: Findly delivers nationwide across Pakistan, subject to courier availability.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for other serviceable areas after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges:

• Heavy Crockery Sets: Flat shipping fee of Rs. 700 nationwide.

• All Other Products: Flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 nationwide.

Shipping charges may be subject to change where communicated before order confirmation.

Minimum Order: The minimum merchandise order value is Rs. 1000, excluding shipping charges.

Advance Payments:

• Crockery Sets: 20% advance payment, designated as non-refundable subject to applicable law.

• Other Orders of Rs. 8,000 or More: 15% advance payment.

• The 20% crockery-set advance rule takes priority over the general 15% rule.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is payable according to the confirmed payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, the balance is payable upon delivery, where available.

Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared where available.

Delivery Issues: If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, contact us for assistance. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
